This is Graphix, an unused character produced for Jem and the Holograms.  Her design is fucking insane. It’s like adding some kinda New Wave German Expressionist clown into the Misfits - a Saturday morning, watered down, evil Klaus Nomi.

She didn’t make it past concepts. Apparently she would have been the designer for the Misfits new album covers, logos, etc. Her “instrument” is a “video distorter” (the weird flower thing) which she’d wield like a magic want to screw up video shoots.
